Here's how it works:

  • Fill out the estimate request form online (We will contact you within 24 hours) or call 734-637-7680 Schedule an appointment
  • We will meet with you to discuss your prospective project in detail. (This generally takes 30-45 minutes)
  • If you have any documents that would aid us in better understanding your project such as blueprints, visual aids, sketchs etc... please have them ready for us to review.

Computer Aided Design

If the project deems necessary (Most Do), Our design personel will draft your project using AutoCAD. Once our CAD draft is completed, we will be able to show you the finished project.This helps to ensure that your vision has been accuratly translated. We will provide you with your own unique user name and password to view your CAD drawings here on our website. Once we have drafted your project we will be able to generate an accurate list of materials. We will provide this as part of your estimate documentation. 

Sometimes during the drafting process it becomes clear that more information is needed to accurately estimate the project (i.e. types of lighting fixtures or other items that pertain to your specific sense of style). We may contact you to schedule another meeting to hash out these details.

Final Estimate

The completed estimate will contain itemized costs for all phases of the project. Permit costs, demolition/site prep, Material, Labor, debris removal and estimates from any subcontractors if nessecary. It will contain estimated start and finish dates (based upon a prompt acceptance of the proposal of work). The estimate will also contain a proposed payment schedule.

Estimates expire after 30 days

Refiguring

In some cases upon recieving your completed estimate you may wish to make additions or deductions. This is not a problem. We will gladly work with you to acheive the desired result.
